Nordson DAGE XD7600NT is a high-resolution X-Ray inspection system designed for detailed inspection and failure analysis of electronic assemblies, PCBs, semiconductor packages and advanced electronic components.
The XD7600NT combines a high-performance sealed transmissive X-Ray tube, advanced digital imaging and high-magnification inspection capabilities to reveal hidden structures and internal defects that cannot be identified through conventional optical inspection.
The XD7600NT uses Nordson DAGE's NT sealed transmissive X-Ray tube technology, providing high-resolution imaging without the routine filament replacement associated with conventional open-tube systems.
Depending on the configuration, the XD7600NT platform can achieve extremely fine feature recognition and high-magnification imaging for detailed inspection of small electronic structures. Nordson's historical specifications list configurations with feature recognition down to 0.1 µm and target power up to 10 W.
The XD7600NT supports advanced inspection functions for applications requiring detailed internal analysis.
