DAGE XD7500NT X-Ray Inspection System | Used DAGE X-Ray Equipment
DAGE XD7500NT is a high-resolution digital X-Ray inspection system designed for SMT, PCBA and electronic assembly inspection.
The system uses sealed transmissive X-Ray tube technology to provide detailed inspection of hidden structures inside electronic assemblies. It is particularly suitable for inspecting BGA, QFN, Flip Chip, CSP and other advanced electronic packages where conventional optical inspection cannot directly identify internal defects.

The XD7500NT uses sealed NT950 tube technology, designed to avoid the routine filament replacement associated with traditional open-tube systems.

The XD7500 series supports high-magnification inspection for detailed analysis of electronic components and solder joints. Historical specifications list magnification up to 7,500× for the XD7500NT configuration.
Oblique Angle Inspection
Oblique X-Ray viewing helps operators inspect solder joints and internal structures from different angles, improving defect analysis. Historical XD7500NT specifications list up to 70° oblique viewing.
