ZEISS METROTOM Industrial 3D X-Ray CT Scanning System

ZEISS METROTOM is professional industrial CT (Computed Tomography) 3D X-ray inspection system, combining high-resolution scanning and traceable metrology.
Unlike conventional 2D X-ray, it reconstructs complete 3D volume data of the workpiece, enabling internal dimension measurement, GD&T analysis, actual vs nominal comparison and hidden defect detection without cutting or destroying samples.
Suitable for precision plastic parts, die casting, 3D printed metal components, semiconductor packages, multi-material assemblies and complex electronic modules.
