YXLON Y.Cougar is a premium micro-focus X-ray inspection platform manufactured in Germany. It supports both real-time 2D X-ray fluoroscopy and optional 3D CT reconstruction, meeting demands from R&D, failure analysis and low-volume production quality control.
The ultra-fine micro-focus X-ray source delivers high-resolution imaging for tiny hidden defects inside advanced semiconductor packages and SMT assemblies.
It is widely used for void inspection, crack detection, delamination analysis and solder joint evaluation of BGA, CSP, WLCSP, MEMS, connectors and medical electronic components.
