Nordson DAGE Quadra 5 X-Ray Inspection System | Used X-Ray Equipment
Nordson DAGE Quadra 5 is a high-performance X-Ray inspection system designed for SMT, PCBA and semiconductor package inspection.
The Quadra 5 combines high-resolution X-Ray imaging with advanced inspection capabilities to visualize hidden structures and internal defects that cannot be identified through conventional optical inspection. It supports 2D and 3D X-Ray inspection, making it suitable for detailed analysis of electronic assemblies and advanced packages.
The Quadra 5 uses the QuadraNT sealed-transmissive X-Ray tube and Aspire FP flat-panel detector to provide high-quality X-Ray images for detailed inspection. Historical Nordson DAGE specifications list 0.35 μm feature recognition at up to 10 W, with an optional higher-power configuration.
The Quadra 5 supports advanced X-Ray inspection options including X-Plane® and µCT (3D Computed Tomography). These technologies can help analyze complex structures, solder joints, voids and multilayer assemblies without physically cutting the PCB or component.
