VISCOM X7056RS X-Ray Inspection System | Used 3D AXI Equipment
VISCOM X7056RS is an advanced inline inspection system designed for SMT, PCBA and electronic assembly manufacturing. It combines Automated X-Ray Inspection (AXI) with optical inspection capabilities, enabling manufacturers to inspect both visible and hidden defects within electronic assemblies.
The system is particularly suitable for inspecting hidden solder joints, BGA, CSP and other high-density electronic components where conventional optical inspection may be limited.
One of the key features of the VISCOM X7056RS is the combination of optical inspection and X-Ray inspection in a single inline inspection platform.
Optical inspection can identify surface-level defects, while X-Ray inspection provides access to hidden solder joints and internal structures. This combination helps expand defect coverage and improve inspection capability for complex PCBA assemblies.
The X7056RS can be configured with 3D X-Ray inspection technology, including planar CT-based analysis. Flat Panel Detector (FPD) technology was introduced to improve image quality and inspection performance.
