UNICOMP AX-7900 Micro-focus X-Ray
UNICOMP AX-7900 is a high-value micro-focus X-ray non-destructive testing equipment for SMT and electronics production.
Equipped with 90kV sealed micro-focus X-ray source and high-resolution FPD flat panel detector, it delivers clear real-time X-ray images.
The large-area worktable supports multi-board loading, with 5-axis motion control and programmable CNC automatic inspection.
It is widely used to inspect voids, poor soldering, delamination and internal defects of BGA, QFN, CSP, LED, PCB, connectors and small batteries.
