OMRON VT-X750 X-Ray Inspection System | Used Inline 3D CT AXI Equipment
OMRON VT-X750 is a high-speed inline 3D CT Automated X-Ray Inspection (AXI) system developed by Japan OMRON for SMT, PCBA and electronic assembly mass production. It adopts proprietary high-speed CT tomography technology to slice hidden solder joints into hundreds of cross-sectional layers, eliminating overlapping component shadow interference. It delivers precise quantitative measurement for BGA, PoP, CSP and high-density packaging, widely used in automotive electronics and high-reliability electronic manufacturing production lines.
OMRON VT-X750 features industry-leading high-speed CT tomography technology with 3μm resolution. It can separate multi-layer solder joints and avoid occlusion shadows from top-side components, which is a common limitation of traditional 2D X-ray. The system supports fully automatic inline inspection for continuous production. Advanced AI inspection algorithms improve defect classification accuracy and reduce false calls. Offline programming and repair software optimizes production changeover efficiency. Built-in conveyor seamlessly connects to SMT production lines.
