MAGICRAY V5000 Inline 2D AOI
The MAGICRAY V5000 series is high-performance inline 2D AOI, known as the expert for cold solder joint inspection, deployed for pre-reflow and post-reflow SMT PCBA inspection. Equipped with granite base and telecentric lens, paired with 5MP /12MP industrial cameras, resolution up to 6.3μm. Powered by proprietary pad positioning algorithm with automatic board warpage compensation, it handles thermally deformed rigid boards and FPC flex circuits, minimizing false alarms. Programmable 4-color RGBW ring LED light delivers stable imaging for black PCB and laser marking. It detects missing components, offset, tombstoning, part damage, insufficient/excess solder, bridging, cold solder, solder balls and other assembly defects, fully aligned with IPC-A-610 standards. Multiple variants available: single-lane, dual-lane, standard & extra-large PCB size (V5000 / V5000D / V5000XL / V5000DL). Features offline programming, one-click calibration and remote support. Integrated SPC quality analytics and SMEMA communication for smart factory integration.
